Return/Exchange Policy

Company Store products may only be exchanged in the event the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
Merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned to Trailer Wheel & Frame Co, or returned for gift certificates or a cash refund.

• Please note:
• All exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
• No cash refunds or credits.
• All exchanges must be processed through Guest Services.
• Please keep a record of your purchase and/or packing slip for reference.

Part that does not fit upon receipt can be exchanged for a different Part size.
