Rental Policy LESSEE AGREES:
For the purpose of enforcing Lessor's ownership of said trailer and/or equipment and to protect Lessor's rights under this contract, Customer agrees that Lessor may retake possession of said trailer and/or equipment at any time and for such purpose to enter upon the premises of Customer hereby waives any right of action against Lessor by reason of such retaking or entry.

< >To return the equipment upon expiration or termination of this Lease in the condition as it was received, fair wear and tear excepted or pay The retail value of said equipment as determined by Lessor within 30 days thereafter. Lessee shall be a full insurer of the equipment and hereby waives any defenses available to a LESSEE by law. EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE DEEMED RETURNED UNTIL IT HAS BEEN RECEIPTED FOR BY AN EMPLOYEE OF LESSOR. To defend, indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims, including claims of negligence, which may be asserted against Lessor by any person, including Lessee, or its employees, or anyone claiming through Lessee, arising out of the death of or injury to any person or damage to any properly which is claimed to have been caused by the equipment or the operation thereof during the time period ning when the equipment is taken from Lessor's premises and ending when the equipment has been returned to Lessor. The obligation d hereby shall survive the termination or expiration of this Lease. To pay any costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by Lessor in protecting or enforcing its rights with respect to the equipment or this Lease
5 That this Lease will terminate upon receipt by Lessor of reasonable proof of the loss or destruction of the equipment. The equipment shall be considered to be destroyed if the cost of casualty repairs will exceed its actual value in a repaired condition. Termination of this Lease for any reason shall not relieve Lessee of its obligations hereunder, including but not limited to the obligations contained in Pars. 2 and 3 hereof

< >To operate the equipment in a lawful and reasonable manner, or use it only for legal purposes, and to maintain it in road worthy condition during the term hereof, and make it available for inspection by Lessor at reasonable times and places. To obtain, or pay Lessor for its expenses in obtaining, all licenses and permits required for operation of the equipment other than a normal vehicle license plate required by the state where the vehicle is registered
8 To pay the rentals specified for the actual time period that the equipment is used. (i.e.. 9 days use equals the weekly rate plus 2 daily rates.) Rent will continue to become due until the equipment is returned in the condition required or Lessee has paid for loss or damage, notwithstanding termination of the Lease for any reason whatsoever.
